The Web/Video Conference Calendar helps the Learn Consortium manage
Video Conference reservations. The intent of the calendar is not to make more work
for you, but rather to ensure that the resources you will need for your
Web or Video Conference are available.
Please make a reservation for a Web or Video Conference on the calendar; your
reservation will not appear until the reservation is approved by your IU Region Coordinator. Your coordinator will respond within 48 hours if it is necessary to give you connection information or as necessary to confirm that your reservation is complete. If your request is urgent, please contact the IU coordinator for your district listed below.
If you need to modify or cancel a reservation, please notify the district IU coordinator.
